Attention City of Waynesboro Utility Customers
As of November 2, utility bills will go out at the first of the month. Over the next year, the City of Waynesboro will go to radio read meters and the readings will be done on the 1st day of the month.
The steps in this process will be as follows:
-Beginning on November 2, 2012, you will be billed once a month.
-A bill will not be received in October due to the new billing cycle change.
-Your bill will be due 2 weeks from the bill date.
-Any past due bills over 30 days will be subject to disconnection.
-Your first bill may have more or less days depending on when your bill date was in September.
